From sign-up to your first top-up in a few minutes. Here’s everything that happens along the way.

Create your free account
Sign up with your name, email address and Nigerian phone number. Then set a 4-digit transaction PIN; you’ll use it to confirm every payment, so nobody else can spend your money even if they get hold of your phone.

Add money to your wallet
Tap the orange + button and pay on Paystack’s secure page by card, bank transfer or USSD. There’s no fee for adding money. Your wallet is credited as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Choose what to pay for
- Airtime: enter the number; we detect the network.
- Data: pick a plan; size, validity and price are shown.
- TV: enter your smartcard or IUC number and we show the account name and package.
- Electricity: enter your meter number; we show the name and address on the meter.

Confirm with your PIN
Check the details and enter your PIN. Most top-ups are delivered within seconds and your electricity token appears on screen straight away.

Track everything in History
Every payment is listed with its status and reference.
- Success: delivered.
- Processing: the provider is still confirming; your money is held safely, not lost.
- Failed: it didn’t go through, and the money is already back in your wallet.
