Using BillBoxs
By creating an account you agree to these terms. You must give accurate details and keep your password and PIN secret. You are responsible for payments made with your PIN.
Your wallet
Money you add is held to pay for services on BillBoxs. Your balance does not earn interest. Withdrawals are paid to a Nigerian bank account in your name after an identity check.
Purchases
Check phone, smartcard and meter numbers before you pay. Networks and billers cannot reverse a payment made to a wrong but valid number. If a provider confirms an order failed, the money is returned to your wallet.
Prices and fees
Prices and any fees are shown before you confirm a payment. Providers may change their prices and plans at any time.
Gift card sales
Cards you sell are checked by our team. We may reject cards that are invalid, already used or suspected of fraud, and we may close accounts involved in fraud.
Availability
We work to keep BillBoxs available at all times, but services provided by networks, billers and payment companies may sometimes be unavailable.
Changes
We may update these terms. If the changes are important, we will tell you in the app.
