Recharging airtime online is the quickest way to top up yourself, family or staff. With BillBoxs you pay from one wallet, so you don’t need to enter card details every time.

Step by step

  1. Create your free account. Sign up with your name, email and phone number, then set a 4-digit transaction PIN.
  2. Add money to your wallet. Pay by card, bank transfer or USSD through Paystack.
  3. Choose Airtime. Enter the phone number. BillBoxs detects the network automatically (you can change it if the number was ported).
  4. Pick an amount and confirm with your PIN. The airtime is usually delivered within seconds.

Tips

  • Check the number twice. Networks can’t reverse airtime sent to a wrong but valid number.
  • Watch the status in History. “Processing” means the network is still confirming and your money is held safely. “Failed” top-ups are refunded to your wallet automatically.
  • Top up others too. You can recharge any Nigerian number, not just your own.
