How do I get my PIN after paying?

Your PIN (and serial number, where there is one) appears on screen as soon as you pay. It is also saved in History in the app and on the receipt we email you.

Can I buy several PINs at once?

Yes. Choose how many you need before you pay. Schools and cyber cafés often buy in bulk.

Where do I check my result?

Use the official results website for your exam: WAEC: www.waecdirect.org; WAEC GCE: www.waec.org.ng; JAMB: www.jamb.gov.ng.

What if my PIN doesn’t work?

Make sure you entered it exactly as shown and on the right exam’s website, and that the PIN hasn’t already been used the maximum number of times. If it still fails, report the problem from the payment in History and we’ll help.
