Step by step
- Open the BillBoxs app and choose Electricity.
- Select your distribution company and whether your meter is prepaid or postpaid.
- Enter your meter number and tap Check to see the name and address on the meter.
- Enter the amount and confirm with your PIN. Your token appears on screen straight away.
Entering the token
Type the 20-digit token into your meter’s keypad and press Enter. If you lose it, the token is saved in your BillBoxs History; tap the payment to see it again.
